Kikoeru Map (the "Service") is operated by the Kikoeru Map Project (きこえる地図プロジェクト, the "operator"; www.kikoeru.org). By using the Service you agree to these terms. The Japanese version prevails in case of discrepancy.

1. Posts

1. You may only post audio you recorded yourself and have the right to publish.
2. Posts must follow the posting guidelines.
3. You keep the copyright of your recordings, and grant the operator a free license to use them as needed to run, display, distribute and promote the Service (including transcoding, trimming and generating spectrogram images).
4. The license you choose (CC BY 4.0 / CC BY-NC 4.0 / no reuse) applies to third parties.

2. Editing and deletion

You can edit or delete your posts with the deletion token saved in your browser when posting.

3. Prohibited acts

• Illegal acts, infringement of others' rights, disruption of the Service, and posts violating the guidelines.

4. Moderation

The operator may hide or delete posts that violate these terms without notice and may restrict repeat offenders.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided as is, without guarantees of accuracy or availability.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated; changes take effect when published on this page.
